I am very close to my 16-year-old granddaughter, and even though we discuss most things openly, she is shy and private about aspects of her bleeding. I gave her this book to read and what a gift! She was excited to have the information she needed to take charge of her health and wellbeing.

The cover is a beautiful colour and although the naked woman was a bit off-putting at first, there was a strong desire to read it and once I did read it, I found I felt fine with the cover because I was more comfortable with myself 🙂 I also discovered I have blocked Qi. The information was really clear and direct, and related to the diagrams, which gave a real visual feel to the information being stated. Words I didn’t fully understand (like Jing) were completely explained to the reader.
